Program Description

The St. Luke's Medical Center Urology Training Program is a six-year residency training which aims to produce competent specialist in the dynamic field of Urology. 
This is a straight program, meaning the resident, once accepted has to undergo his/her general surgery training for 2 years in SLMC and 4 years training in Urology and should be capable of diagnosing, treating, and preventing all urologic diseases.

Requirements

1. Certified true copy of Philippine Regulatory Commission Medical Board Rating.
2. Certified true copy of transcript of records
3. Photocopy of PRC license
4. Photocopy of medical school diploma
5. Duly accomplished application form
6. Must be physically fit and with good moral character
7. Two 2x2 pictures
8. Two letters of recommendation duly signed by any prominent faculty or urologist ascertaining good moral and right conduct
